    Your ordering physician will send us the referral along with the documentation needed to begin the insurance authorization process. Once everything is approved, a member of the Revive Infusion team will contact you to schedule your first visit. It’s that simple.   • At Revive Infusion, our team manages the prior authorization process for most infusion therapies. We work directly with insurance providers to secure approvals quickly and efficiently. If a specific medication requires authorization from the ordering physician’s office, we will coordinate with your team to ensure a smooth and timely process.

  • You can find a list of our commonly administered medications on the Therapies & Treatments page. Revive Infusion provides a wide range of specialty infusion therapies, and our formulary continues to grow as new treatments become available.

    Because new medications are approved frequently, our list is always evolving. If you don’t see a specific therapy listed, feel free to call or email us. Chances are, we administer it or can explore adding it for your patient’s care.

    Treatment times vary based on the medication, and our team will review expected infusion duration with you before your appointment.
